If you are not satisfied with your product, please start a return through our online portal. Sol de Janeiro will accept full and partial returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund if you are not completely satisfied with our products. All returns will be subject to a handling fee. We will only accept returns that are unused and in their original product packaging only. We cannot accept partial returns for items that were purchased as part of a set or bundle.

Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased through our website (https://soldejaneiro.com). Products purchased through an authorized retailer must be returned or exchanged to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the retailer’s return policy. All refunds go to the original purchaser.

Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund to your original form of payment in up to 1-3 business days. You'll receive an automatic email confirmation and this should reflect on your bank statement within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
