SHIPPING AND OTHER POLICIES

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship everywhere within the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also ship directly to Canada. Please allow an extra 7-10 business days for orders to Hawaii and Alaska, and 2-4 weeks for orders to Puerto Rico.

While we don’t currently ship anywhere else (coming soon!), we know you need to get your hands on these amazing Brazilian beauty secrets so we’ve partnered with some amazing e-tailers who ship worldwide so shipping to your home will be no problem!

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, including expedited orders. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, processing starts the following Monday. Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days from when they're processed.

USA: We charge a $7.50 flat rate for standard shipping + taxes and free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more within the US. We charge a $25.00 flat rate for expedited shipping.

Canada: Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Shipments delivered to freight forwarding services: do so at your own risk!

DELIVERY POLICY


While we do not require a signature to receive the shipment, we strongly recommend you be present to accept delivery given the high value of your order as we will not take responsibility for any missing or lost packages that are marked as delivered.

 

We realize this may be inconvenient at times, but we would like to ensure that your purchases arrive securely.

Once received, our products need to be stored in a cool, dry place and we don’t recommend leaving them outside on your doorstep.

Missing or stolen packages: If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but it's nowhere to be found: Don't panic!

Be sure to look thoroughly where your mail is typically delivered and ask your family or neighbors if they've received the package. 

In the event that your package is still not found, please contact the carrier to see if they can provide any additional information on where the package was left, then inform our team at ola@soldejaneiro.com  so that we can check the status of your package and assist however we can! Please contact us within 48 hours of your order being marked delivered.

Damaged Items Please do not submit a return request for damaged items. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our team at ola@soldejaneiro.com for assistance with a replacement or report the issue directly through our Help Center

For damaged items, please provide us with detailed photos of the product(s), including the batch code (located on the bottom of the product). Please do not discard products or packaging.
For missing/incorrect items, please provide us with detailed photos of the products received, the shipping box with label, as well as the packing slip.

  

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this causes. Please try reaching out to the carrier to request your package be returned to sender. Please note that this service is not always free and sometimes requires an additional cost that you would be responsible for.
